Staff was good particularly manager Mr. Edal and the staff. They surprised my wife with a cake for her birthday and made it very memorable. Took good care of us.

Nice interior evrywhere. Personal is very kind and responds to demands adequately. We received a free water and turkish tea a couple of times. Breakfast options are diverse and taste good. There are possibilities for ordering a transfer and excursions on place.

The staff was friendly, accommodating and always ready to help. The breakfast was wholesome with a variety of cheese types, eggs, potatos, salads, fresh veggies, Fruits, cereal and a variety of buns and biscuits.

Excellent location within walking distance to Blue Mosque , Hagia Sophia etc. The room was clean, the cleaners were friendly and very attentive. Nice breakfast, with a good selection.

Really happy with the service provided, all staff was friendly and helpful. Good location if your travelling with family as everything is within a walking distance. Highly recommended.

I like the location of the hotel. It is near to tourist attraction and a walking distance to Grand Bazaar. The room is spacious and clean. The balcony is spacious and comfortable to have tea with great view. Breakfast is good and more importantly, the staffs are friendly and helpful. I will like to thank Veysel who is assisting and helping me during my stay in Acra. He has been very helpful and friendly.

Rooms were exceptionally clean and very spacious. Staff were so helpful, friendly and professional. No problem with wifi. Great choice for breakfast. Within walking distance to all the tourist attractions.

The property was located very close to the main attractions, tram station. The staff were super helpful and the room was spacious enough. The breakfast was decent enough with quite a few options. Most of the properties in the old city didn’t have a lift but this one had one! All in all we enjoyed our stay.

The whole experience was really good ! The hotel was in a very good spot in the city very close to Sultanahmet, Hagia Sophia and Topkapi palace. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. They allowed me to early check-in, they helped me to park my car infront of the hotel and arranged a taxi back to the airport. The room was good with all the facilities that I needed. The bathroom was clean and it was cleaned daily without even asking. I would definitely recommend it for anyone who wants to be in the heart of the old city !!
